Hive es sinónimo de prosperidad y este 2023 soy testimonio de eso. Cuando hice la recopilación para este post me di cuenta de todas las cosas que hice, de todas las actividades, el trabajo y el crecimiento. De los seis años en esta blockchain, este es sin duda el más movido y seguro el 2024 lo será mucho más.
Además de todas las actividades, experiencias y las personas que conocí; un hecho importante es el mejoramiento de mi calidad de vida. Este años mejoré en muchos aspectos, gracias a que mis finanzas crecieron. Increíblemente en un mercado bajista, así que espero con emoción el bullrun.
Este año me compré computadora nueva, después de 11 años usar la misma. Compré dos teléfonos, ya que uno me lo robaron al día siguiente de comprado XD. También compré nevera porque la vieja se dañó y una freidora de aire.
En cuanto a viajes, logré ir a Madrid y abracé a mi hijo después de cuatro años sin verlo. Para finalizar el año, pasé navidad en La Colonia Tovar cumpliendo mi sueño.
Hive is synonymous with prosperity and this 2023 I am testimony of that. When I did the compilation for this post I realized all the things I did, all the activities, work and growth. Of the six years in this blockchain, this is undoubtedly the busiest and for sure 2024 will be much more so.
Besides all the activities, experiences and the people I met; an important fact is the improvement of my quality of life. This year I improved in many aspects, thanks to the fact that my finances grew. Incredibly in a bear market, so I am looking forward to the bullrun.
This year I bought a new computer, after 11 years of using the same one. I bought two phones, since one was stolen the day after I bought it XD. I also bought a fridge because the old one got damaged and an air fryer.
In terms of travel, I managed to go to Madrid and hugged my son after four years without seeing him. To end the year, I spent Christmas in La Colonia Tovar fulfilling my dream.

Comenzando el año fue mi viaje a Madrid junto a @enmy quien tomó todas las fotos de las conferencias en los colegios. Fue maravilloso. Fue otro sueño cumplido. Esos chicos súper pendientes de toda la información.
Starting the year was my trip to Madrid with @enmy who took all the pictures of the conferences in the schools. It was wonderful. It was another dream fulfilled. Those kids were so attentive to all the information.

Las fotos en este colegio son mis favoritas. El auditorio es una belleza y @enmy se botó con ese trabajo fotográfico.
También fue un día muy especial y varios estudiantes me pidieron asesoría en criptomonedas al final de la charla.
The photos at this school are my favorite. The auditorium is a beauty and @enmy was amazing with that photographic work.
It was also a very special day and several students asked me for cryptocurrency advice at the end of the talk.
Hive va a la Escuela en La Victoria
De regreso en Venezuela la intensidad del trabajo en Hive va a la Escuela aumentó. Llegué a dar cuatro charlas en un día. Casi perdiendo las cuerdas vocales jajaja. Fue un trabajo agotador pero sabroso, como cuando estás cansado del mejor viaje de tu vida.
También fue un gran contraste, que después de dar charlas en Madrid en colegio privados con muchos recursos, estuve en otros colegios con muchas carencias. A todos le llevé la mejor información sobre Hive.
Back in Venezuela, the intensity of the work at Hive goes to School increased. I got to give four talks in one day. Almost losing my vocal cords hahaha. It was exhausting but tasty work, like when you are tired from the best trip of your life.
It was also a great contrast, that after giving talks in Madrid in private schools with many resources, I was in other schools with many shortages. I brought the best information about Hive to all of them.
Hive va a la Escuela en La Colonia Tovar
Después de muchos años volví al pueblo más lindo de Venezuela. Para mí es un gran orgullo ser el primero en llevar a Hive a la Colonia Tovar, junto con @hexagono6. Visitamos tres colegios, así que casi todos los estudiantes de quinto año del pueblo, conocieron a Hive.
After many years I returned to the most beautiful town in Venezuela. For me it is a great pride to be the first to bring Hive to Colonia Tovar, together with @hexagono6. We visited three schools, so almost all the fifth grade students of the town, met Hive.

Esto es otro ejemplo que cualquier sueño se puede cumplir. Las personas te dirán que no puedes recibir patrocinio en un deporte sino formas parte de los élites. A mí me patrocinó Hive y casi no llego a la meta jajajaja.
This is another example that any dream can be fulfilled. People will tell you that you can't get sponsored in a sport if you are not part of the elites. I was sponsored by Hive and almost didn't make it to the finish line hahahaha.
Hive va a la Escuela - Colegio Parroquial
Conocí gente increíble en más de veinte colegios. Los directivos del @parroquial son personas muy amables y que siempre quieren innovar para sus alumnos.
I met amazing people in more than twenty schools. The @parish leadership are very kind people who always want to innovate for their students.
Algo hermoso de este 2023 fue el nacimiento de @hiverun. Ver como la gente se iba entusiasmando y mejorando su salud me llena de satisfacción. Es muy sabroso poder contagiar a otros para que cambien de hábitos y mejoren su vida. Es increíble ver como unos bajan de peso, otros aumentan resistencia muscular y respiratoria. Todo esto en comunidad y creando lazos de amistad.
Something beautiful about this 2023 was the birth of @hiverun. Seeing how people were getting excited and improving their health fills me with satisfaction. It is very nice to be able to infect others to change their habits and improve their lives. It is incredible to see how some lose weight, others increase muscular and respiratory resistance. All this in community and creating bonds of friendship.
Otro viaje que hice fue a Barquisimeto, donde compartí en un gran evento. Hubo una gran ronda de negociaciones, donde Hive se presentó como lo más innovador.
Another trip I made was to Barquisimeto, where I participated in a great event. There was a great round of negotiations, where Hive was presented as the most innovative.
Viví un gran Bitcoin Pizza Day en el mejor lugar, La Colonia Tovar. Se pueden dar cuenta del impacto que este pueblo está teniendo en mí. Creo que tiene mucho potencial. Esta comida fue después de un día de mucho trabajo que verán en la próxima foto.
I experienced a great Bitcoin Pizza Day in the best place, La Colonia Tovar. You can realize the impact this town is having on me. I think it has a lot of potential. This meal was after a very busy day which you will see in the next picture.

We had an excellent one hour interview. We were able to expand and talk a lot about Hive, especially about the impact it has had on families in Venezuela in recent years.
Al finalizar las clases, aprovechamos para formar a los docentes, en los colegios donde logramos las mejores relaciones. Fueron tres colegios los que recibieron nuestra formación.
At the end of the classes, we took the opportunity to train the teachers in the schools where we achieved the best relationships. Three schools received our training.
Se realizó el concurso de murales en el que participaron dos colegios y se llevaron un premio de 500 HBD cada uno. La entrega del premio fue muy emotiva.
The mural contest was held in which two schools participated and won a prize of 500 HBD each. The awarding of the prize was very emotional.

Después de todo el trabajo en Hive va a la Escuela, se determinó que hacía falta más profundidad en los temas. Por eso se crea un programa llamado Aula Emprendimiento, donde Hive es protagonista en una materia fija que dura un año. Son tres secciones hasta el momento, con 70 estudiantes que presentan sus trabajos en publicaciones de Hive.
After all the work in Hive goes to School, it was determined that more depth in the topics was needed. That is why a program called Aula Emprendimiento (Entrepreneurship Classroom) was created, where Hive is the protagonist in a fixed subject that lasts one year. There are three sections so far, with 70 students presenting their work in Hive publications.

Uno de los momentos más emocionantes del año, fue cuando mis estudiantes asistieron a la Caracas Blockchain Week y nos tomamos unas bellas fotos. Además verlos tan emocionados por estar en ese evento fue grandioso. Ellos estuvieron felices porque pocas veces viven experiencias así, en este tipo de espacios.
One of the most exciting moments of the year was when my students attended the Caracas Blockchain Week and we took some beautiful pictures. Also to see them so excited to be in that event was great. They were happy because they rarely live experiences like this, in this kind of spaces.

Demasiado buena la experiencia en mi conferencia. Tener a mis alumnos ahí fue lo máximo. Me sentí muy a gusto y la energía era increíble. Todo el público la pasó genial y al final no pararon las felicitaciones. La felicidad no cabía en mí.
It was a great experience at my conference. Having my students there was the best. I felt very comfortable and the energy was incredible. The whole audience had a great time and at the end the congratulations were non-stop. I was so happy.
También participé en la Gira de @starkerz por Venezuela. En mi caso, estuve en su viaje a Revenga - La Victoria, donde pudo conocer el mega proyecto a cargo por @hexagono6. No les doy mucho detalles, porque ella dará la primicia XD.

Este año fue maravilloso. El impacto de Hive en la sociedad se ve con cada acción. En este post se puede ver una pequeña parte, ya que no están incluidos todos los colegios, ni charlas; sin embargo se puede apreciar toda la actividad generada. Si a esto le sumamos todo lo que han realizado otros hivers, pudiéramos realizar un documental. Hay mucho que se queda en el tintero y no se plasma; sobretodo las emociones vividas por otros. Por ejemplo todos esos estudiantes que reciben la información de esta tecnología, todos los que cambian su decisión de qué carrera estudiar. Son tantas cosas que se viven.
Por supuesto no puedo despedir sin agradecer de todo corazón a @valueplan y @guiltyparties por todo el apoyo para hacer realidad esto.

This year was wonderful. Hive's impact on society can be seen with every action. In this post you can see a small part, since not all the schools and talks are included; however you can appreciate all the activity generated. If we add to this all that other hivers have done, we could make a documentary. There is a lot that is left out and is not captured, especially the emotions experienced by others. For example, all those students who receive the information of this technology, all those who change their decision of what career to study. There are so many things that are experienced.
Of course I can't say goodbye without thanking @valueplan and @guiltyparties for all the support to make this a reality.
