We had the first workshop at the museum, to explain this blockchain world to several important artists of the Museo de Bellas Artes de Caracas. This is the third meeting we have had with the museum. It always leaves us with a lot of lessons about the barriers that technological adoption presents to some people.
These artists are excited about what they heard. They want to start creating NFTs in Hive as soon as possible. This is in contrast to all the hesitation they showed. I think they felt confident after listening to all the explanations that @enmy @mundomanaure and I presented; especially of the accompaniment we will give them and of course with the support of the museum.
These artists suffered a scam with NFTs. Some time ago someone charged them $50 to create NFTs of their works, promising to sell them for high sums. This at the height of the bullmarket and NFT bubble in 2021. When I explained to them how Hive works and that they would be in the museum's own gallery, they were very calm and confident.
I am happy because we are moving forward with good steps. The next one is the creation of the Museum's account and its official presentation. We will also help the artists to create their presentations.
I have to admit that I am a bit anxious. I want to see the project come to fruition and tell the world that the first national museum to adopt web3 is in Hive.

Tuvimos el primer taller en el museo, para explicarles este mundo blockchain a varios artistas importantes del Museo de Bellas Artes de Caracas. Es el tercer encuentro que tenemos con el Museo. Siempre nos deja muchas enseñanzas sobre las barreras que presenta la adopción tecnológica en algunas personas.
Estos artistas están emocionados por lo que escucharon. Quieren comenzar cuanto antes a crear NFTs en Hive. Esto contrasta con todas las dudas que mostraron. Pienso que se sintieron seguros después de escuchar todas las explicaciones que presentamos @enmy @mundomanaure y yo; sobretodo del acompañamiento que les daremos y por supuesto con el respaldo del museo.
Estos artistas sufrieron una estafa con NFTs. Hace un tiempo alguien les cobró $50 por crear NFTs de sus obras, prometiéndoles venderlas por altas sumas. Esto en pleno bullmarket y burbuja de los NFTs en 2021. Al explicarles cómo funciona Hive y que ellos estarían en la galería del propio museo, se quedaron muy tranquilos y seguros.
Estoy feliz porque estamos avanzando con buenos pasos. El próximo es la creación de la cuenta del Museo y su presentación oficial. También les ayudaremos a los artistas a crear sus presentaciones.
Si tengo que reconocer que tengo un poco de ansiedad. Quiero ver ya la concreción del proyecto y contarle al mundo que el primer museo nacional en adoptar la web3 está en Hive.

como definirias a Hive cuando quieres integrar a alguien nuevo a la comunidad? me serviria mucho tu respuesta
Va a depender de a quién se lo vendas. Hay que variar el lenguaje para distintos tipos de públicos.
Para personas ajenas a la tecnología y a las criptomonedas, lo que he visto que más funciona es darle una definición simple y directa (que no la van a entender) y les genera curiosidad y te preguntan más, ahí les explicas con detalle.
Hola, en este caso que es institucional y un museo nacional de renombre, ¿quién sería el propietario/administrador de la cuenta en Hive? Me lo pregunto por lo que he visto que pasa en las redes sociales 2.0 donde varias cuentas de este tipo de entes son creadas con cada nueva gestión, luego abandonadas cuando cambia el personal y nuevamente creadas con otro nombre. ¡Saludos!
