Hola, queridos amigos. Hoy quiero contarles sobre las orquídeas. Como saben soy de Venezuela y la orquídea es nuestra flor patria, es decir la que nos caracteriza, pero pocas vi en persona en Venezuela. Hasta que llegué a Paraguay y empecé a ver cuanto le valoran acá y las muchas variedades que hay.
Mi suegra es una amante de las orquídeas y tiene muchos arboles llenos de orquídeas y con ella descubrí el enorme mundo de las orquídeas. Y algunos meses descubrimos sus colores, y el tiempo que viven sus flores.
Algunas tienen épocas específicas, donde florecen todas por igual. Pero algunas solo lo hacen cuando quieren o se ponen mas verdes. Hasta ahora quedo fascinada con ellas, y queriendo ver mas colores y tipos de orquídeas.
Y aprendí que las flores de las orquídeas pueden durar semanas vivas, y viéndose igual de esplendorosa que cuando salen de su capullo.
Cada planta y flor, tiene su encanto, su magia. Espero que hayan experimentado eso con la naturaleza, esa emoción, esa fascinación o sorpresa por una obra de arte creada por Dios y admirada por el hombre.
Espero les haya gustado mi post, tengo algunos en mente para los próximos días sobre lo que me encanta hacer: reseñar libros, películas o series. Así que espero que estén pendiente para mis próximos escritos.

Hello, dear friends. Today I want to tell you about orchids. As you know I am from Venezuela and the orchid is our homeland flower, that is to say the one that characterizes us, but I saw few in person in Venezuela. Some have specific times, where they all bloom equally. But some only do it when they want to or get greener. So far I am fascinated with them, and wanting to see more colors and types of orchids.

And I learned that orchid flowers can last for weeks alive, and looking just as splendorous as when they emerge from their bud.

Every plant and flower, has its charm, its magic. I hope you have experienced that with nature, that emotion, that fascination or surprise for a work of art created by God and admired by man.
