Hola, queridos lectores. Hoy quiero contarles de una linda mañana de caminata. Decidí una noche salir a caminar a la mañana, al amanecer con una amiga. Y fue una gran experiencia.
Tengo meses intentando organizarme y experimentar, y hacer lo que me gusta. Así que ese día me levanté bien temprano, antes de que saliera el sol, y me preparé con ropa deportiva abrigada, y vi el sol aparecer lentamente.
Esperé a mi amiga y nos fuimos apenas salió el sol, caminamos casi 4 km hasta un parque y mirador, llamado Hito Tres Fronteras, cuando llegamos allí, decidimos bajar hasta donde está el muelle del rio, y nos sentamos un rato, a admirar la belleza de una mañana allí.
La neblina en el agua, el sol tibio, la brisa fresca, la charla amena con mi amiga y un rato de conexión con la naturaleza.
Luego subimos de vuelta al mirador y hicimos algunos ejercicios, antes de emprender nuestro camino de regreso a nuestras casas. Entre charla y risas, llegamos casi 3 horas después. Y me di cuenta, cuando importante es de vez en cuando reconectar con la creación de Dios. Hace muchos años que no salía a caminar con el amanecer.
Y quedo satisfecha con ello, aunque lejos y agotador, es una experiencia que vale vivir al 100%. Así que, si tienen la oportunidad de salir a caminar al amanecer a algún parque o lugar verde, háganlo. Podrán liberar cualquier estrés y encontrarse con ustedes mismos.

I have months of trying to get organized and experiment, and do what I love. So that day I got up nice and early, before the sun came up, and got ready with warm sports clothes, and watched the sun slowly appear.
I waited for my friend and we left as soon as the sun came up, we walked almost 4 km to a park and viewpoint, called Hito Tres Fronteras, when we got there, we decided to walk down to where the river dock is, and we sat for a while, admiring the beauty of a morning there.
The mist on the water, the warm sun, the cool breeze, the friendly chat with my friend and some time connecting with nature.
We then climbed back up to the lookout point and did some exercises, before heading back to our homes. Amidst chatter and laughter, we arrived almost 3 hours later. And I realized how important it is to reconnect with God's creation from time to time. It had been many years since I had been out walking with the sunrise.
And I am satisfied with it, although far and exhausting, it is an experience worth living 100%. So, if you have the opportunity to go for a walk at dawn in a park or green place, do it. You will be able to release any stress and find yourself.
