We like this!

Are you taking to count only the one who add a location related to Cuba or you have a way to add others without that?

Only those with location data, but I would expect that to be a consistent proxy.

Wow!!! This is super impressive!!

I’d love to know how Nigeria is doing though.

It was once a fast growing community on Hive but there has not been much growth for the last 2 years.

How can I find statistics like this about other communities?

Posted via D.Buzz

Using @hivesql. I write my own queries and chart the output in Excel/Google Sheets.

Hmm can you send link?

If you want me to look at a particular national community, send me a list of places:

  1. The country name in both English and any other languages used in that country.
  2. Major city names in both English and any other languages commonly used in that country.

Can you check for users in Turkey? I would be very happy if there are detailed statistics. Thank you so much 😂😆

If you give me the city names that I asked for I'll do the rest.

Can you look for all cities? If you can't look for all cities, then can you look at these cities, please?
istanbul, ankara, antalya, adana, izmir

So, if the user adds to the location either the country name (in English or another language you scan for) or if they add their city and you have them in your association list, you count them in the respective country?

For example, if the location is United States, USA, or Los Angeles, do they all produce United States results?

I do a custom search for each country. I can't automatically determine if a given location is in a country, so I include specific major cities to try and capture most users who may include a location but not the country name.

I ran a query on a few countries and most others are fairly stagnant. We need Venezuela and Nigeria levels of activity elsewhere. Those are probably driven by a 'dash for cash', but I still feel Hive could be a destination for content with the right marketing. The Vibes contest seems the best version of that so far.

Congratulations to all the friends of the cuba community.
