I've staked mine for now. Not sure there it will heading.
They're used to mine SPK tokens, (another set of tokens for the network,) but I'm not sure how it works...
What I do know: is that you can delegate them like you do HP, and I delegated some of mine to ocdspeak you can check that out.

SPK Network is supposed to be the next level of multimedia dApps not just on Hive but also Web3. Part of the attraction of SPK is censorship resistance, and people can set up nodes.
