Double duty today getting as many steps as possible along with some HIIT on the bike. I almost doubled my move goal which was great to see as well. Going to continue ramping things up as we’re not too far away from summer and I’d like to hit my goals in the next month or two!
Planning to try some running this weekend as well although I’m not sure how my knees will like that. Wish me luck!
