Today was all about walking and connecting with nature—and with each other! My wife @Nathalie-s and I took advantage of the beautiful weather and went on two invigorating walks. The first one was a solid 10km after lunch, where we strolled along scenic paths, enjoying the lush greenery and the calming sound of the river beside us.
After dinner, we laced up our shoes again for a shorter, but equally delightful, 5km walk. There’s something magical about the evening light filtering through the trees, casting a golden glow on everything it touches.
In total, we racked up 22k steps and 17.5km. It’s amazing how walking can be both a great workout and a wonderful way to spend quality time together. Plus, we captured some fantastic photos along the way, making memories we’ll cherish. Fitness doesn’t have to be a solo endeavor; it’s even better when shared with someone you love. Here’s to more days filled with walks, talks, and togetherness! 🌳👫❤️
