El día de hoy realicé poco más de 5k pasos, que abarcan desde el inicio del día en el trabajo ya que tengo que caminar grandes distancias para llevar mi material a esterilizar, el trayecto hacia el mercado, que en esta ocasión fui con una amiga ya que la acompañé para comprar diferentes cosas por qué iba a hacer un almuerzo familiar, el tiempo se nos fue volando ya que estuvimos platicando para ponernos al día, al terminar las compras cada quien se fue a su casa, estuve haciendo diferentes actividades en la casa hasta que me ganó el cansancio y me fui a descansar un rato, tuve la intención de salir a caminar un rato por la tarde pero comenzó a llover y ya no salimos, hasta aquí terminó mi día les mando un saludo y les deseo un feliz inicio de semana 😘
