My Actifit Report Card: May 13 2024

Today is a great day. The day started out well with the expected rain fall in the morning hour.

I am sure the farmers will be very happy that the rain has drop because it will do well with the crop.

I walk from Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itu road and then to church road before proceeding to Urua Ekpa road to attend the meeting. At the end of the walk I have made over 8200 to keep fit and healthy.
