RE: Etiquette In The Community : A Very Gentle Reminder

in #hive3 years ago

I myself do not like generic or off-topic response to my contents it often puts me offbut then I rather ignore it. Truth is, a lot of people are putting in effort to grow and be better at what they're doing here. Be it content or engagement and that is why I usually take time to follow them back or curate them with my tiny stake. People needs to put in the work to get there and sometimes I do lend a helping hand.

My general rule is I upvote replies that offer anything thoughtful and I check out new followers to see what they post. If they seem like they're genuinely engaging I upvote the first post I find interesting enough to finish and follow back.

I tend to be growing a good source of content to follow and I don't really get much junk.

I like this way. Feels way more organic. I do the same and I try to answer everyone unless they have a generic answer, then I am not interested. Haha

Exactly! There are a lot of people doing their best and it’s just infuriating to see others who aren’t and are clearly in it only for themselves.
