A Day Survived Without Bread

Happy Wednesday

The middle of this week has already kickstarted and I'm still working on my pending tasks from the last week which I put on delay for certain reasons. I gave a challenge to myself that I have to complete the previous tasks today at any cost so I can go with the tasks of this week which i just wrote on my diary. Hopefully everything will go smooth as I planned. Let's see where this week take you...

I went to market for grocery where I have seen someone is selling fresh corn for 40 PKR per Kg and that seems quite a reasonable deal to me then I bought 1 kg to test if its not hard or soft to roast on flame. Luckily, those were the fresh pieces which can be roasted on the gas flame and eat. Total 5 piece that I get in 1 kilogram.

Here I roasted on the regular flame that we used to have at home. I gave two piece to my hubby and 1 piece to myself because we were not about to have breakfast so this is what we eat in the breakfast.

I also purchased seasonal fruits to survive for a week at least. There were a half packet of cream was left in the fridge which I didn't use so I planned to make some fruit chat in this cream. I'm not fond of such creamy fruit chats because its too heavy on my stomach. I wanted to eat fruit as it is after washing thoroughly.

This plate is for my hubby who was starving after eating only one corn in the breakfast but I could stay longer till evening only on one corn. I prepared for him. I sometimes add dry fruits too on top of fruit chat but I guess I forgot to add on top of it.
