It just looks unprofessional even if it is not an intentional scam. It seems people are so keen to invest in ICOs that they lose their rational thought and people are capitalising on it.
It doesn't help they are Russian, don't know who it is. They could even be officials. If the government likes your business over there they take it.
Yes but I don't think it is worth taking the risk with so many other ICOs we are spoiled for choice.
Wholeheartedly agree. With so many it feels like paralysis by analysis trying to pick one to invest in. Awesome problem to have.
