Mi primer trabajo que diseñe fue una máquina de rayar la yuca, yá que este es uno de los proceso para la fabricación del casabe que es muy conocido en el Estado Monagas y casi siempre vá acompañado en toda comida. este proyecto se me ocurrió para asà ayudar a mi amigo leonardo que estudiaba mecánica em lá UNiversidad Santiago Marino necesitaba realizar un proyecto el cual serÃa su cierre de estudio y le comente esa idea, del que porqué no hacer una maquina rayadora de yuca que podÃa implementar en comunidades donde tienen esas casabera.
También menciona que podÃa diseñar la máquina en un programa llamado sketchup, para asà presentar su tesis.

La primera parte que empecé a diseñar fue la estructura que iba aguantar todo el peso de la vibración del motor, la tolva e el raspador está dentro de la tolva, la estructura tenÃa una medida de 97 cm por 48 cm

La segunda parte fue el rallador, que es la que va tener contacto con la yuca que será triturada totalmente, en su función es rayarla y dejarla como que fuera una masa, ella va a girar en su eje gracias al motor, siempre es recomendado tener un motor de 2 cv o más para que no trave.

La tercera parte fue la tolda, en aquel tiempo, fue la más difÃcil hacerlo, fue lo que más me costó, no tenÃa idea de las dimensiones y cómo funcionaba una, fue un desafÃo, Pero a la final por medios de investigaciones se cumplió el objetivo.

Por último fue integrar todas la parte, para formar la rayadora de yuca, que para mi fue una obra de arte en aquel momento yá que sentÃa mucha satisfacción porque habÃa logrado mi objetivo, que fue realizar esse diseño para la presentación más esperada de mi amigo, lo increible para mi en este primer trabajo que realize, fue que me lleve de dos a tres dÃas para realizarlo y que apenas estaba comenzando a trabajar com este programa en autodesk inventor.

Finally, it was integrating all the parts to form the cassava striper, which for me was a work of art at that time since I felt a lot of satisfaction because I had achieved my goal, which was to make that design for my friend's most anticipated presentation. What was incredible for me about this first job I did was that it took me two to three days to do it and that I was just starting to work with this program at Autodesk Inventor.
Me di cuenta en ese entonces que me apasionaba mucho el diseño, dibujar en esos programas, con los cuales se pueden realizar excelentes trabajos de arquitectura, desde allà se me ocurrió iniciar mi carrera antes yá mencionada.
Bueno quiero agradecerlê por dejarme compartir está experiencia que para mi fue una de Las mejores que he tenido en mi vida, yá que eso me demostró, que a veces somos capaces de mucho, Pero no lo sabemos solo tenemos que tener el valor para realizarlo, aunque tal vez no culmine mi carrera, sé que no fue por mi capacidad o porque no querÃa estudiar, en ese entonces fueron Las misma circunstâncias del paÃs económicamente, yá que la carrera era paga… gracias espero que me apoyen en este post..leanlo se que les gustara.
