Exercises And Diet Plans You Can Do At Home

A google search of title would bring you several results, but here are mine personal proven exercises and diet plans that you can do at home without a cent of dent in your pocket.

What would be the result? Feelin good.

When to do exercises? I do after taking a shower but you can do it whenever you feel like it — you must feel like 'it' once a day at least.

Diet Plan:

Eat when hungry, Drink when thirsty and sleep when feeling sleepy. Drink when hungry too to confirm it's actually hunger and not thirst being mistaken for hunger.

Avoid trash food.

How to recognize?

If you feel like shit after eating a particular food, avoid it.

Exercises:

Just a note, don't worry about perfection in exercise — YT is filled with such garbage, just do it.


1) Flexibility Exercises

1.1) Stand upright >> Bend Down and try to touch your toes.

1.2) Sit on your butt >> stretch your legs forward and try to touch your toes.

Hold on until you can't any longer and repeat. Do it equal to favorite number of yours, double digit the better.

2) Push-Ups

3) Sit-Ups

4) Planks

5) Squats

6) lunges

7) Calf raise

8) Arm Swing

9) Walk

You can find videos on how-to walk too but I don't think it's necessary.


You may feel sore after doing some of the exercises, don't worry about it. Soreness will go away on it's own.
