There is no market, to have a free market you must have price discovery. To have price discovery, you must have individuals action freely without manipulation in the form of algorithms.
Also maybe Trump is ahead of us all by knowing he is going to cause a crisis at the border, given his administration wants regime change in Venezuela. If Colombia and Brazil attack Venezuela, it will cause one the greatest humanitarian crisis in south America, displacing and cause millions of people to flee to the US border for help. Remember Colombia is not a NATO partner.
