The question I have is "What were their status?" Secondly, were they completely private because private people cannot operate in the public? Thirdly, did they have an "Express Trust" established? Grantor's Trust with exclusive equity. The trust belongs to real people not artificial constructs. In other words, real people are the beneficiaries.
It was their mother and father who established it without a will. Please correct me if I wrong.
