Hey dear community, first of all I would like to welcome you to my new post and hope you had a weekend that has brought numerous experiences into your life! Today I would like to talk a little about alchemy and hope you are able to learn new things.
According to the view of the old alchemists, the whole world consists of signs that are closely connected to each other and in order to be able to understand things better, one must pay close attention to certain signs and according to occult philosophy, all perceptible things that were created by nature would contain a kind of own code. The whole nature could also be described as a kind of secret writing which, if you could read it, would lead to revelations and as a basis many different teachings were important and so you had to deal with other things such as geometry, minerals, flowers, astrology and other important traditions before. Everything you can see in nature wanted to communicate with you and so plants, animals and even stones were also considered to be bearers of news and also humans were created in such a way that you could find out a lot about a person on the basis of some characteristics and knew what message the person would convey, without the person often knew this himself. This topic was also associated with a code that was passed on through genetics and so the alchemists already knew a lot about people when they looked at the facial features, eyes, skin and other genetic characteristics and in the past this was also considered a supernatural way of communication and much was associated with occult beliefs. The situation is similar with animals and if animals have different characteristics such as open wings in birds, this indicates a completely different form of symbolism than when they are closed and also the behaviour or the singing can say a lot. According to traditions, it would also make a difference whether you would read the symbol during the day or at night and due to the influence of light or darkness, some signs are more recognizable than usual and at night they were guided by the light of the stars or the moon, while during the day it was the sun and so there were, for example, certain directions in which the light shone and the secret messages would be hidden. This was similar in certain weather conditions and the forces of the elements also had to interact with each other and some signs could only be read in the stones, for example, when they were wet and all this interaction could be transferred to pretty much everything in nature.
