trust the steady flow of energy inside your body
its guidance carries you.
the flow is powerless -

conscious action of perception reveals itself.

accept the wind
the breeze
the tide
in all that is alive

and light exposes shadows.

That is deep. I was writing a piece about shadows. I needed a line like this but I couldn't get something this wow!
