Queen of the Single Sea,

Mother of All;

With iron in your waters,

and creatures in your depths;

With Infinity by your side,

and the warmth of the Sun upon your waves;

With conchs and corals — polycistines too,

their remains, along with Vulcan's aide, obtain the light;

Then, fungi thrive and oxygen too arrives,

to drive out the iron from your womb;

New animals and green plants arise,

to crawl and walk in this Drop of Paradise;

Typhon and his seed strike,

to spread your life as you like.

Pale Blue Dot. Voyager 1.

A Pale Blue Dot, says Sagan,
but what about a Pale Blue Drop?

A Drop of the Blue Sea,
embraced by the Sun in the arms of a Galaxy.
