I just happened to see your upvote on my last "proposal" post. I scrolled past it, wondered how it got so high, and laughed when I saw your upvote. So I thought I would come say thanks and well...just give an mini-update, I suppose.
I haven't been writing so much lately for reasons...unrelated to Hive.
well, I guess it's not completely unrelated to Hive. When one is a writer, but temporarily needs a break from the joy of writing... I guess it's not completely unrelated.
But life is good. No, it's great. God has been teaching me so much lately and I love seasons where I'm listening and actively hungering for more of His voice. I seem to be there now. I hope I stay there. I'm hard headed sometimes most of the time. Even when I know this is the best place to bed down, I wander when I think I've got it all under control. Admittedly stupid. and yet...I do. hm.
I digress! lol The update: We decided something in our dreem teem meeting yesterday to take that proposal in a slightly new direction. It will still be happening almost exactly as we said, and possibly a new tweak. or twEEk.. lol but we won't be posting much about it. I think it turned out to be a win/win/win/win. And that's the kind of solutions that get my approval. lol
I know I offered to share more with you in discord. The offer still stands of course but I can see you're a private man/woman. I think you're a man hahaha but people often think I am too, so maybe I'm wrong lol
I'm not being elusive about the mini-update to draw you into discord as a ploy. hahaha I honestly have the feeling that you're kinda "done" with this season of your life on Hive and your upvote was just a nice nod and a pat on the back for a decent attempt, and that's all you feel you care/need to know.
I just thought I'd give you a bit more since you're apparently still peeking here and there, and apparently supportive of the final(ish) version, and... because yes... lol you're still making me curious and I felt like saying hi again!!! cuz mayyyyybe.... lol
I haven't reached out to creatr yet to get his perspective on you. I guess I figured I'd come to the horse's mouth lol..
but you are either more stubborn than me....and that's extremely rare, which I find intriguing. haha
or you're just as tired as me...lol and have probably seen more that is disheartening in your years here and find that the "less is more" approach serves you well,
or ...maybe you're just uninterested at all in Hive anymore, and just stirring up things on the way out for entertainment/exposing holes in the plot. lol
maybe all three. I have a strong feeling I see who you are, which is funny to say on such little evidence. I could be wrong (but I rarely am 🤣🤣🤣) and it doesn't matter too much after all, anyway.
You've been a fun mystery - AND have given me at least 4 good, hearty laughs in the past few weeks...so thanks for that!!
AND IF...by some chance you HAVE actually answered one of my comments and I missed it??? (cuz I'm barely even checking GINAbot lately!!!) then....damn!
