I've been reading a lot of negative comments about Poloniex lately so I want to give my POSITIVE experience of the exchange. Very user friendly site and helpful support for the two tickets I had to open with them for transaction issues. I think the problem is increased volume of users to the point they cannot keep up. New users find polo easier to navigate than other exchanges and gravitate toward them leaving other exchanges the luxury of slower growth. I hope I am right about this as I have no inside info on it but would hate to see them go down.
