no, the island cannot be known definitively.
individual skew in the self perceptive movie we play, where roles for each other, environment and ourselves are too multifaceted to consciously discern. hence they perpetuate.

when a closure of ultimatum appears realizable, prolix challenges will be created for you by your own mind, de gustibus.

those claiming nirvana/transcendence/enlightenment have simply accepted their current level of internal anguish.

are choices absolutely yours? if not, who makes the choices, what are the intentions, can anyone fathom?

so called rulers who declare a section of earth 'conquered' for a limited time are just as delusional as everyone else, when chaos is the hereditary mode of being.

each thought or judgement(s) settled on within, the lies we tell ourselves, are construed to attempt to know the unknown. perhaps death is a justified, desirable response by that unknown.

Liam, this was partly inspired by that one conversation we had about the fear of not knowing... You're right, perhaps all this is just defense mechanisms that our brains have evolved into in the millions of years that humans have walked the earth, but why? And if we deconstruct every single one of them, then what? That's the question
