Why is this chart important in relationship to cryptocurrency? Because we are on the race to the bottom. To be able to serve the underprivileged that are always at the grueling underserved end of the current financial system.
Nearly 2.2 billion financially unserved adults live in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.
These 2.2 billion people are not unbanked because they choose to be they lack understanding and resources. The price of smart phones are headed in the right direction but the rate of only a little over $13 UDS per years will still take some time to get to the many still making $3-5 dollars per day will be able to afford them and run cryptocurrency payments.
