I started the USDC-DEC pool for my land tract today with like 130 bucks and will be adding to it over the month as well as started the grain dec LP in game and have started saving up the keeps portion that will be used to distribute tier one plots as i described briefly then the other two will be tier two and three which basically means more PP the more rebates. Also PNS holders in my tract will get a bonus and there will be a few other bonuses in addition for things that I want in the tract or am involved with as a investor or otherwise like I hold PNS so its in my interest to promote it before the full on launch to get as much momemntum behind it as possible. I might even decide to use some of the LP income for the rebates to buy PNS and distribute that so that everyone qualifying will get PNS and be a holder. PNS I think has a shot of being a solid meme coin and it will help SPS and the game as well so its in all of our interests to support it if we can and I will be doing what I can to incorporate it in my land rebate as well as reward additional allocations to people holding PNS already and in my tract.
Not a bad APR considering the APRs on hive for the LPS have been nerfed a bit. Was about 100% earlier but when I added a bit more today it went down until more fees are accumulated. The pool usually stays between 50-100% and I gave it a wider range than I usually do so it is a bit more stable. So far it looks to be collecting USDC and DEC equally and that is over just the day so when the pool gets bigger say like 1000 dollars the daily dec will be like 2500-3500 or so if the APR stays consistent. Half the returns will be re invested and DEC and USDC will be distributed also in what ever ratio is needed depending on what ratio is needed to reinvest as I may reinvest with a skew one way or another depending on market conditions. How the weighting will be done is based on factors but everyone will receive NFTs or tokens that they must stake in there accounts on HIVE and those NFTs and or tokens will tell me how much to distribute to each plot as the distributions will be associated with the plot and IGN and the plot and BSC address for the BSC distributions as long as they are big enough if the fees are to high when split the DEC will be pulled back in the game and distributed on hive instead so only one fee is paid. Depending on how many people qualify for the LP distribution's will determine how I distribute it. These will begin next month after I get a list of plots and people who own them in my tract then reach out to everyone letting them know about the terms for the bonuses so everyone has time to prepare to get the bonus and there will be another month to prepare then two months will be distributed at once and then month by month or by quarter depending on the amounts and number of people qualifying. Also people qualifying for all of the bonuses will be added to are curator to vote there content as well as long as it is quality content. We plan on adding additional HP or renting HP with some of the fees from the LPs to distribute votes. We also plan on using Steem and other chains like hive to get extra votes by re publishing articles on those chains to bring back the rewards to hive using AI to vote and post to those chains. Hive will have the original content and the other chains will be used to extract income to hive and bring it in. This aspect may take some time to set up as I am not sure how it will work exactly, I have a few programs that I think will work but that will be the last part of it.
