Your sleeping patterns are very healthy, I wish I could do that but it would mean pulling my whole lifestyle forward like finishing dinner before 7pm.

As for eating, home cooking is definitely cheaper and healthier, and batch cooking is great to save time and effort. The other thing I do is to place little plates of healthy snacks and fruits in every room that I can nibble during the day
