Well... I had very high hopes for STEEMIT about being the next big thing in content creation... I hoped that STEEMIT would pave the way for a successful decentralised model for everything else...
But to my DISAPPOINTMENT ... all that I see on STEEMIT is some random guy writing about how to make money using this cryptos and any and every other ponzi scheme out there in the world...
I am starting to wonder ... why is not any intellectual conversation happening on STEEMIT???
Why are not people coming up with bold ideas ... Why are not people coming up with intellectual questions and why the heck are not discussions happening around intellectual conversation???
I am a bit frustrated about this whole thing going on a downslide like this ...
May be ... the way the idea of STEEMIT got registered in the initial few users of STEEMIT could be wrong ...
Otherwise ... what on earth can explain the random sh*t that people post on STEEMIT which adds no value to anyone else ...
Now that i have vented out my frustration ... I guess I got an idea ...
Do you think if we considered STEEMIT as a place where ideas were shared... discussed ... and appreciated ... it would make any difference???
Do you think... It would bring the millions of users who are contributing to Quora in a meaningful way to jump on to STEEMIT if they felt that their ideas were appreciated and incentivised monetarily here in STEEEMIT ?
