Yes, yes. It is called adding value. Many of the things that happen, happen behind the scenes. Many use only posts and post payout to measure a steemian not knowing hours put in behind the scenes. For instance, the mumble that is happening currently. I spend 15 hours or so talking to steemains almost daily etc and a community of almost 200 people but this isn't seen on the outside when i post! Thanks for such a fast reply. Oh I understand, I have spent 100s of hours trying to curate and help a new maths community, yet some wish to complain when the reward is created by upvotes on posts - and perhaps that's the issue, that the reward may be commensurate but it is not obvious that it is actually for services behind the scene.
