Ah! To hear that Hok-Bras is dead at last. I wonder how much he would have accomplished with his great height if he had lived much longer. I feel his life would have been saved if his godmother, the fairy acted in time. And also he didn't get to wed the woman he loved. I think the tale ended on a really sad note. It is quite surprising to learn that Hok-Bras existed before the time of the great flood. I just hope his soul rests peacefully in eternity.

It's good to hear some of the interesting things you did during your navy days. It must have felt pretty good to recall those fun memories you spent with your naval colleagues, and it's good you keep in touch after so many years.
