I believe in normal circumstances, jean should not have experience that stress after many days to have finally see that which he should have seen earlier. I guess jean was also a very determined man that he still knock the gate and instantly it opens and becomes that which need to be become. Just that I see it happens in a very rapid and fast pace beyond which one can imagine. He was not even afraid that if the gate is opened, he might see what he did not planned. Wow I really admire his courageous attitude over there. When he saw that the castle is kind of empty, to me if I was in his shoe, i will have been instantly afraid also. The three devil even though they were playing games, they can sense that there is someone in their midst which is a Christian. That is a great sense of feeling and knowing.
