So whaleshares, the easy and effective way to get you some steem power and support. Let's talk about a bit of this project, what is has to offer and how.
What is whaleshares ?
Let's keep it simple, it's a token backed by steempower to give users the ability to get a whale upvote in their desired post.
Why whaleshares?
I have extracted some points to help understand better :
- to end the rule of upvote bots
- to encourage more of human interactions and engagements
- to give minnows and newbies, also some good authors with steem they deserve
What are the advantages?
They're endless, here are some of them :
- to make steem go up in demand and price
- to provide support for good authors
But how?
It's simple. All you need is whaleshares token. Then go to http://whaleshares.net/ . You will find all 4-step directions there, it's a very nice looking and easy to use website. Anyway, all you need to do is paste the url of the post you want upvote, that will automatically generate a code for you, then go to your bitshare wallet and send the whaleshares token to the whale whom you want upvote from, and in the memo field paste the code that was generated from that website.
Note :
- each token is worth 1% upvote so you decide how many to send
- these tokens are in bitshares, make sure to have a bitshares wallet
So, how to get those token?
Right now it's not available for trading. The only way to get them is through official contests and giveaway.

Fyrst is downvoting you bro! He fears you will like this idea because he thinks pushing others down lifts him up! Is this what we want in the "leadership" of steem?
Nope, the idea of tokens to help steemit user and also the steemit platform seems one great initiative for me.
It will really help struggling users and also the price of steem. On the side, we can also expect some users misusing these tokens to upvote crappy posts. Well, this doesn't hurt the system but it's philosophy. We should be careful there, and also there's a thing "everything has pros and cons".When pros overpowers the cons, we can simply regard it better, and also think of maintaining it for the good.
I am here for only two months, and I am really enjoying the community. I have got supports and benevolence. If there is something that can benefit me then that would really joy me for sure. These project will definitely be useful for me and many others, and I expect it to be as good as it intends to be :)
