I'd like to advocate for us witnesses below 20 down to about 80 or even 100, there are some AMAZING contributions going on by us, and the top 20 are mixed between those that do tons and those that used to do tons, but have gotten complacent and non-existent lately.
Try this. Message some of them, see who responds? Now try that with a few between 20 and 100...

That's @riverheads' point and mine now too. Do your own research, but just because they did something a year ago, doesn't mean they are doing it or doing it well now. Stay dialed in, your witness votes are liquid, you can give them, and you can take them away. And sometimes, you should.

And it has come to my attention, that there are people doing way more for the community who are not in the top 20!
