Yeah. No. I don't think a story like that would ever interest anyone due to being so outrageous. I know I'd be afraid to publish something like that for I believe I'd be shot dead just for thinking of something so absurd. It's still kinda neat though.

What happens when rainbows gather? Does it turn into a dense thing of colors that can be thrown around like a boomerang?
It's more like a frisbee, with 'nerf' safety edges and anti-pollution thrusters. Definitely dense, but it flies better with all that extra weight.
I'll have to collect some rainbows and build me one of those. Stand on the side of the road and throw it at traffic, since it's safe.
It's safe as pie. Oh yeah, be sure to wad the rainbows up well; that bow shape, like you said, boomerang. Doesn't hurt when it hits, but damn.
