my mom told me when i was just a lad, that ones housing is their biggest expense. she said it was 80%. is that so?
i agree with her.. housing id MOST people's biggest expense. I plan on buying my own land or condo, then building my own house on that land, so I won't have that ongoing expense.. it will just take some initial funds.
#2 for me 3is food.
#3 is entertainment, altho youtube is free, as is the most greatest things in life.
rich is he whose wants are cheap. (or free)
My top three expenses;
Income Taxes,
Property Taxes,
And my Favorite Charities.
Bonus: my forth is groceries.
