I didn't know there was a 3d sculpting tool on the iPad. I might save up and get myself Nomad Sculpt. I prefer using my iPad to computers simply for the portability. I definitely relate to not wanting to be on the computer stuck at one place all day. My stepdaughter use to make fun of me using the iPad and Apple pencil to make art, but since she moved in here, she realised how convenient it has been.
