Hey everybody, I'm @andrarchy the CEO and Co-Founder of OpenOrchard. We're following up my interview of Bill Ottman, the CEO of Minds, with an interview of @theycallmedan (a/k/a Dan Hensley) one of the co-founders of 3speak.online.
At OpenOrchard we want to empower people through ownership and control of their digital selves. We’ll use this podcast to explore the technologies we are developing to further that mission, mainly the Koinos blockchain and ODESI microservices, and speak with individuals like Dan and organizations like 3Speak that are working toward similar goals.

I've been putting some videos up there. The experience is pretty good. I want to move away from Youtube with all their ads and crap.

Wait, 3Speak doesn't have fees for uploading anymore? I tried it out 4 months ago and then there was still info about it on the site. I believe there was something about it in the FAQ section, but didn't specify the amount. Then I found the pricing info on their discord server. It was something like $4 for 2 hours of content per month and if you went over that then the fees skyrocketed. Since I do daily 20 minute content I wasn't interested in going bankrupt by uploading to 3Speak. But if that's all in the past then I have to look into it again.
Edit: There's still pricing info on the Discord server under Get Help -> Pricing.
If that's untrue, then I'd get rid of it to avoid confusion. ;)
It's been free for awhile now, we only had the fee at the start because our infrastructure was not scaled for mass adoption, we have since scaled and offer a free to use video service.
Yeah, that's what I was waiting for and didn't realize it had already happened. The discord pricing section always threw me for a loop. It's been fixed now though. :)
