Old Knowledge, Don't Fail Me!

Yesterday I went to sleep after adding 16hours to my wake-up time:

1pm + 16hrs = 5am

It worked, I fell asleep within 5 minutes. At least it felt that way.

Today onward I'm gonna use some info I had collected about my sleep patterns after observing myself some months back.

So, used alarm and woke up at 11:39am today. Tomorrow same thing, but will nap in the afternoon for 20min.

Edit: It's way past midnight, I didn't keep my word about offing tech 3hours before bed. I forgot I'm doing this for no reason; just to find out how it feels.
