Magandang araw sa inyong lahat gusto ko lang po ibahagi sa Inyo ang aming meryenda kaninang happen itong Saging Linung-ag in bisaya. Madali lang kasi itong gawin..pakuluan lang ang saging hanggang ito ay maluto at pwede na itong kainin. Maganda iparis dito ay ginamos o pagoong para lalong sumarap ang kainan hehe. Hanggang dito na lang po at maraming salamat sa pag basa.
