Actifit Curation Report 460πŸ’ͺπŸƒπŸ…

We are excited to present another round of our curation effort.
Reports included are selected by the Actifit team. Curated reports received extra upvote rewards by OCD team.

Reports were selected based on various factors, including content quality, originality, and the information within. They can be a fun read, an inspiration or a motivation for all of us and of course, to earn more rewards, but it also helps to make more friends :)
Via this initiative, we are trying to accomplish the below:

  • Increase the rewards to our existing high-quality content writers(in addition to our existing quality content focused report rewards and weekly staff picks selections)
  • Bring in new fitness bloggers to actifit and hive with quality focus
  • Motivate existing users to write better quality content and compete over rewards.

Extra Rewarded Reports

Curated Report 1 by @beelshops

After an early gym session with a new leg press record and work at the clothing factory, I practiced Tang Soo Do forms and received hopeful news that a judge would issue warrants to help me find and reunite with my daughter Lily.

Curated Report 2 by @new.things

I reinstalled a wind-powered roof ventilator to help keep the Queensland heat out of the house, then completed 400-metre running intervals, a pool dip, and an afternoon stroll to rack up nearly 30,000 activity steps.

Curated Report 3 by @santacruz.sports

I accompanied my brother to a dentist appointment in Venezuela where a panoramic X-ray revealed his wisdom tooth root was pressing on a nerve requiring surgery, while also encountering an unmuzzled pit bull on a crowded bus and marveling at the high cost of vacuum-sealed red snapper at the fish market.

Curated Report 4 by @marajah

During my afternoon walk in Nigeria, I observed the lively street scenes including children hawking vegetables, motorcycle taxi riders hustling in the heat, and young schoolchildren walking home under the hot sun.

Curated Report 5 by @nahid43

I walked to our local pond in the morning hoping to catch fish, but instead enjoyed a peaceful stroll around the water admiring the native palm trees that surround it.

Curated Report 6 by @mirzaiqi

Reflecting on self-worth and resilience, I completed over 10,000 steps through daily activity, running, and walking while sharing a motivational message about maintaining self-respect despite life's imperfections.

Curated Report 7 by @carrinm

I took a scenic photo-walk from St Leonards to Neutral Bay Wharf in Sydney, capturing historic cottages, harbour views, and the Sydney Opera House before catching the ferry home and cooking a homemade macaroni cheese for dinner.

Curated Report 8 by @davidthompson57

I visited the historic seaside village of Rottingdean on a rainy day to admire the well-kept pond with its blooming water lilies, before retreating to a local pub for sausage and mash as the fog rolled in over the South Downs.

Curated Report 9 by @drstealth

Despite a nagging left knee, I pushed through interval run training in the morning and added a lunchtime walk to accumulate nearly 20,000 steps, while noting the need to incorporate more stretching into my routine.

Curated Report 10 by @suezoe

Despite coming down with the flu, I pushed through the cold and drizzle to go downtown and buy sewing supplies including linings, batting, and patterned fabric, then rested at BolΓvar Square before heading home to start my next creative projects.

Curated Report 11 by @wahaceggy

Between 12-hour night shifts, I walked to the park to meet my wife on her way home from work and took an hour-long walk with the dogs before heading in for my shift.

Curated Report 12 by @georgia11

During my daily walks around the neighborhood, I encountered several friendly street cats, including one that meowed at me and refused to let me leave, while reflecting on how all this walking has already helped me lose 1kg.

Runners up (did not get the extra upvote).

Below are some additional reports which caught our attention but unfortunately not did not make it for the extra OCD vote.
We still want to highlight you guys, and better luck next time for some extra vote!

Curated Report 13 by @elizabethbit

I had a productive Thursday at work catching up on jobs, met with a frame rep, and am preparing for job interviews tomorrow to hire a new assistant, while sharing beautiful nature photos from Silver Lake in Maple Falls taken back in 2023.

Special thanks to @priyanarc & @katerinaramm for helping with the curation, and to @katerinaramm & @mcfarhat for helping with the report compilation.

Congratulations and thank you to all of you guys, keep up the great work!

Some tips for writing a good Actifit report.

Writing a nice and beautiful Actifit report is not a daunting task. Talking about your daily activity in a presentable manner can get you to the top list.

Try to make your report readable and understandable.
The arrangement of the images also makes the content look attractive. Goes without saying, target using original high-quality images that you own. Using images from other sources is not advisable unless properly attributed and care is taken not to abuse any copyrights.

Plagiarism is a big NO-NO. In case we find plagiarized content, your account risks getting banned. Please take a look at our Actifit Etiquette for further details.
Till next week's staff picks!
