What is more profitable staking or converting?

I am staking HBD whenever I get it from my posts as reward. I also sell HBD when hive price is low. But purchasing hive through HBD has a downside as I can't get 15% interest on it. According to you what is more profitable?

I think the strategy should be according to the market conditon. If price of hive is low then hive purchasing is the best option and vice versa.
