Saben que mi hija juntó a sus amigos de la escuela tienen una hermosa tradición desde hace 4 años para estas fechas y es la de hacer galletas las cuales las hacen entre todos dividiéndose tareas, pero la responsabilidad más grande la tiene Yohanny, mi hija, ya que ella es quien prepara la masa de las galletas, aunque igualmente siempre es ayudada por sus amigos con los ingredientes, ella es la que le da el toque.
Por ello digo que sacó el sazón de mamá ya que el sabor lo dan las manos que la preparan pues le quedaron muy deliciosas y por qué lo sé? Pues porque ella siempre se acuerda de mamá y trajo unas a casa, aunque yo estuve con ellos virtualmente por video llamada ya que los chicos me realizaron una para que viera como iban en su procedimiento, ella igualmente me trajo para que les diera el visto bueno jejeje.
Como les comenté los chicos se dividen tareas, mi hija fue quien realizó la masa, mientras que sus compañeros tenian tareas que les indicaba ella como abrir los huevos, tamizar la harina, añadir los ingredientes, entre otros.
Cuando la masa estuvo lista comenzaron a amasar, luego la dejaron reposar, para entonces estirarla y comenzar a darle forma a sus galletas de Chispas de chocolate, pero que les cuento que se les olvidó el rodillo así que tuvieron que improvisar con un vaso contigo jejeje. Ya estirada la masa comenzaron a cortar las galletas con diferentes moldes que tenían de figuras, ya listas la llevaron al horno y las dejaron cocinar al menos 25min. De este paso fueron encargados otros de los chicos, los cuales se titularon ellos los horneadores jejeje estos chicos son muy ocurrentes pero a mí me encanta que sean parte de la vida de mi hija ya que son otros hijos que Dios me regaló.
Bueno listas las galletas que iban horneando en tandas la colocarán en platos hasta que estuvieron todas, les cuento que los chicos realizaron 95 galletas, ya listas todas horneadas comenzaron su degustación y mi niña se realizó una pequeña sesión de fotos para presumirnos sus galletas a su papá y a mí jeje, pues estaba muy orgullosa de su creación, las figuras estaban muy lindas a mí me tocaron dos ositos y un dos elefantes.
Saben que este tipo de actividades entre ellos a mí me encantan ya que ellos fortalecen sus lazos como amigos y mantienen esta bella y hermosa hermandad que poseen entre ellos. Además de que son actividades que habitualmente no realizan los adolescentes, pero a mí hija y sus amigos les encanta, así que ella está feliz horneando con sus amigos y yo tranquila en mi casa al saber que se está divirtiendo sanamente.
Sin duda las galletas quedaron super ricas, les dejaré varias imágenes de como fue todo el proceso en el que ellos tanto se divirtieron.
Que lindo es poder compartir estos momentos de amistad en estas épocas tan especiales, me hace muy feliz ver que mi hija se divierte, está alegre y con personas que tanto la quieren.
