Today a break in Caru cu Bere translated at the beer wagon in Bucharest, Romania a symbol of the old town that is worth to be visited. Inside, more than 130 years of history with excellent meals for all tastes. In summer even more beautiful with a wonderful terrace at the entry.

The people who started this story came from beyond the Carpathians, from Transylvania, in the year 1879, today the building besides other buildings in the old town is classified as a historical and architectural monument.

The first floor in neo-Gothic style is richly decorated with colorful paintings, stained glass, mosaics and sculptural carvings, an amazing atmbiance to enjoy.

Definitely a unique pleasant ambience with friendly staff, smart service, reasonable prices, and tasty dishes. When you are in the proximity absolutely you have to visit,I will certainly do it next time.

Have a beautiful Day!

This is amazing! As I read, I was going to comment on the incredible ceiling and the tiled floors. And then I saw the carpeting which is a perfect accent to the decor. And then I saw the stained glass! Wow!
I had Bucharest in my travel plans for this year, but I wasn't able to pull it off. But this is exactly the kind of place I wanted to see. Authentic, historical. And, beer!
Thanks for sharing this post. Romania just climbed up my Travel List again!
Cheers!
Many thanks!
