Keeping everything nice and healthy during the winter is a challenging task but it becomes even more challenging in the month of Falgun, when winter is over.Phalgun month is a dry season during which the air outside is very polluted.During this time a lot of dust flies in the air and the skin gets damaged due to dust.However it also harms our body.And keeping your skin healthy during this time is the most challenging task.

However during this dry season, I follow home remedies to keep my skin healthy and they are very effective.I suggest you to follow those tips. Cosmetics are not everything.Various chemical cosmetics will damage your skin more so be careful.To keep your skin healthy in the dry season, the first thing you need to do is drink more water every day.The benefits of water are many and this water will keep your skin feeling completely fresh.

You should bathe regularly and wash your face with water frequently.Washing your face frequently will help you stay healthy.Avoid exposure to dust and dirt.Wear a mask when outdoors.Some natural ingredients can be used such as aloe vera and raw turmeric.Another important thing to note here is sleep.You must get enough sleep to keep your skin healthy.Staying up too late at night will damage your skin so keep this in mind.

To keep your skin healthy, you must drink more water and eat vegetables.You must avoid exposure to dust and use a mask when outdoors.You can use some natural things only for the skin, such as aloe vera, raw turmeric, and natural henna for the hair.The best foods to keep your skin healthy are green and red vegetables.Meat never helps keep your skin healthy, fish is more beneficial in this regard.So during the dry season, I would ask you to focus on water and vegetables.
