This post was created for Photochain Challenge: 90th Edition Start - 89th Edition's Winners by @davidesimoncini

I decided that I would take part in the next fun round of the "Chain of Photos" contest!
The key THEMES this week are "GLASS" and "CLOUDS".

I hope I am not late with the answer to the contest.
There are 4 days off in the Russian Federation, but they are very eventful for me and I almost never go to the computer these days to go to the HIVE

This is a multi-purpose universal helicopter. Of course, it was originally designed for military purposes. Its main use is the transportation of goods and the delivery of troops to the designated point. But this helicopter can be hung with various weapons - unguided missiles, bombs, machine guns.
This copy was in service with the Russian Air Force.
But this helicopter is also widely used in the civilian sphere. I can't even name a place where this helicopter is not used.

I took these photos in the military historical park "Patriot", which is located near Kubinka in the Moscow region. I was there 3 years ago with my eldest daughter and her husband.
This year, my daughter's husband visited there again with his parents and he told me that I also need to visit there again. A lot has changed in the expositions. And this must be seen.

I made my choice. If I am the winner, then my word for the next round -

A helicopter seem all over the world the Mi8 is well known I know I saw a few of them in Africa over the years

Yes, there are a lot of them flying in Africa. Many African countries were supported by the Soviet Union, followed the path of socialism, and the USSR helped such countries develop, supplied various weapons and equipment there. And now Russia is cooperating with these countries.

Yes indeed that’s true
