This series features short but effective home AB workouts with different intensities that last anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes. You don't have to spend hours working on your core to get it strong. If you're just starting out I would suggest building a good solid foundation with the workouts labeled as “easy” or “beginner friendly” and then working yourself up the ladder. These exercises will not make your ABS show however they will build & strengthen them which will contribute to overall quality of life. In order to have a visible six pack you need to have low body fat so trying some of my circuits will help you burn that fat!
