We have heard different opinions on whether this new administration is going to raise taxes. He has said yes, then no, then only if you make more than 400K... Okay we should not be worried right? But no, he wants to raise the capital gains tax back up form I believe 15 to 17 percent to back to 40percent. That will be a killer, especially for anyone who owns stocks, cyrpto, or real-estate. You could be making 50k a year and sell your house and get your taxes raised on you. So I love how they always say we are only raising taxes on the rich, when they raise it on everyone.
