At first I thought it will be good, I was hopeful and optimistic about HardFork 21, but after I read about the reward curve changing in this blog post, I am not so sure about it anymore.
In fact, HardFork 21 may be bad for the Steem blockchain.
I even wrote a comment about it. But we will see soon.

Since you come up with "being confused" I think you are. You can read my latest post about HF21 wat to to if you want to earn after HF21. If your posts will not make the 20$ you will feel that for sure.
