Will you use dPoll?
DPoll, to me, has really been one of the most fascinating tools developed on the steem blockchain.
It is like a much simpler version of the previously popular musing.io
where you can leave options AND also receive an opinion about your options.
We cannot compare musing and dpoll, but I see them both as connected and a facilitator of the same cause.
Dpoll has been and is one of my favorite tools, just because it can be very informative, surveying anything is possible, knowing opinions from the steem world is just a click away AND IT IS A VERY SIMPLE TOOL TO USE.
Dpoll has now climbed up higher in my personal rank of steem projects, merely because they have taken in account the requests of users and their demands very seriously, and also acted upon it.
Check out the new changes here: https://steemit.com/utopian-io/@emrebeyler/dpoll-development-update-introducing-multi-choice-polls-and-new-content-filters
so the question really is:
After the new update to dPoll, will you use dpoll?,
- Yes
- No
- I have no clue what dpoll is
- I have been using dpoll, and will use it in the future
- I have been using dpoll, and will not use it in the future
Answer the question at dpoll.xyz.
Voted for I have been using dpoll, and will use it in the future.
I enjoying answering poll questions through it, but it has some missing features that would have to be included before I will do any of my own polls through it.
What features would you like to see on dpoll?
It needs to support upvoting the polls that you participate in. Currently if I think a poll is really interesting, I have to click through to Steemit (and make sure I'm logged into the right account) to give it an upvote.
It also should offer the ability to see the full comment thread after participating. After voting, that's it. But to engage further I want to see who voted for what, and whether they have quality comments along with their vote.
Even this brief exchange of ideas- you following up on my comment, and then my response, has to happen off of dpoll because they do not support it.
Polls are a great feature to initiate engagement, but their implementation results in lack of continued engagement.
Yes yes yes. This has been on my mind, too. It would be awesome to have that and I'm sure they are working on it.
The new features are based on user requests, which os a good step ahead.
Either way, I liked dpoll, and I like it more after the new update. I believe that they will update it even more and for the better. I give them so mich credit for what they have just done.
Voted for Yes.
My only concern is the automatic voting trails I receive and whether or not those individuals would be upset with voting on such a simple post.
I do believe I will use it in future when trying to get input from the community to make decisions! Specifically for @OneLoveDTube, have not used it yet but I love the option of such a simple decision making community based system away from discord.
great that is built in steem blockchain , i think we will use it for my next contest if we need it :)

Trying the Multiple Answer Feature for the first time. Let's see if I can start using DPoll for my Art Curation Initiatives. :-)
YES YES YES
ART CURATION INITIATIVE with dpoll!!! I can see that working out very well!!
I'm aware of these projects, but personally, I have no interest in dpoll or musings.
This may sound like I'm being negative but I'm not. I worked in marketing for a while and having got out of it to do what I love, writing, these market research dapps are the antithesis of what I personally want from my steem experience. Having said that, this is the great thing about the development on steem; there is room for everything. I envision a mainstream future for Steem where there are many front ends (platforms), like busy for writers, dtube for video creators, dpoll for marketing, Partiko for fbook/Instagram style posts etc. People will have a tone of options to do many things with steem while earning a little crypto through their activities 🙂
Ha ha, so the short answer to your question is no 😉
I have very limited time on steem and it all needs to be put toward networking and content.
I can see where your opinion buds from and I respect that.
Many people might not understand the value your comment carries, I wish I could resteem comments, now.
I, too, envision a mainstream future for steem, and can see it happening. Very excited for it.
P.S., I think you will love #blindtest, its up on my profile, do check it out and give me your opinions
