  I like that you tried to keep the whole wave stealthy instead of immediately shooting everything. On a roguelike mode, saving ammo and supplies should make a big difference later.

  Using stealth on the Runner to save ammunition was a smart choice. There was no reason to waste bullets when two Stalkers were still somewhere nearby.
