There was a weird time in the year of our lord 2023, I mean, it was weird for me, at least, when I used to draw some absurd shit becouse I felt kinda bored and disgusted, but I can't tell you anymore why exactly my mood went that way in that period. A vague memory and some ... well, let's call them artworks in the lack of a better word ... are all that remains.

But this post isn't about that. I mean, it isn't about the old, already published stuff. Nope. Today I wanna show you some unfinished stuff from that period. I have no intention to finish it becouse I'm not into that anymore, but there is enough finished in that unfinished ... let's call it art, for now ... to make it worth a post. Maybe. Probably not. But I feel the need to put it out there, so I'll do it anyway.

This is the most completed part of the whole thing. A GIF imagined to be the beginning of ... let's call it a story, in the lack of a better term. If you wanna know if the dude shown here entered the church and what he found if he did enter, you have to start drawing and finish the thing, becouse I won't do it. Not for you nor for me.
Here you can see the two drawings of Mr Pembelton in two poses. I used those to make him move across the scenery inside the GIF. I didn't take much to animate him becouse the animation wasn't meant to be sophisticated or great. I wasn't in the mood for greatness back then. All I wanted to do was draw, write, and animate some silly crap to make me laugh at what the heck I'm doing and to make myself wonder where that need for absurdity came from, and why.

I mean, I started the post with some words, but that was the first picture. And it was in motion. Which is cool. Not too bad for a start.
If you wonder about what I'm trying to say here, the answer is nothing. I'm just trying to make this shitpost longer.
I'm practicing the noble ancient art of concealed shitposting. If you like art, that's art too.
This is the next piece of the story. I mean, it was meant to be more like the start of the next piece of the story. Once passed through this door, our hero was supposed to see something surreal inside the church. Don't ask me what. If you are really curious about what's inside that church on the hill, you'd better start drawing, or imagining things, at least, becouse I won't do it. Nope. I'm done with this.

Nice gif, even if you are no longer in the mood to finish it. And if you can manage the art to conceal shitposting even better! lol A lot of people don't even bother to try and hide it, they post pure garbage and get paid (in some cases a ton of money...)
